At David Frank Furniture, we want to keep you informed about the impact of COVID-19 on the global supply chain network, which may lead to delays in the arrival of products at our warehouses. Even three years later, we continue to experience occasional delays and challenges with the supply chain.
We offer shipping services for David Frank Furniture across the continental USA and to Hawaii. If you require delivery outside of these areas, kindly contact us as we now provide worldwide shipping options.
Lead Times and Deliveries: All lead times provided by David Frank Furniture are based on our estimates of commercial conditions, supplier lead times, supplier-related issues, and current commitments from suppliers. However, please note that factors beyond our control, such as backorders, production delays, freight delays, adverse weather conditions, etc., may affect lead times. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific lead times. Please be aware that orders cannot be canceled, and deposits will not be refunded due to extended lead times or late deliveries.
Premium White Glove Delivery: Our premium white glove delivery service includes the delivery, installation, and removal of all packing materials. The delivery fee quote is determined by the number of furniture pieces and covers assembly, placement, and removal of packing materials for up to two flights of stairs (20 steps). Delivery fees are calculated based on your zip code's proximity to our warehouse. Please note that our delivery personnel are not authorized to move your existing furnishings or dispose of any old furniture pieces in their truck.
- If you reside in an apartment building that requires a COI (certificate of insurance) before delivery, please notify David Frank Furniture through your salesperson or by emailing us at customerservice@davidfrankfurniture.com. Failure to notify us may result in additional fees incurred.
Split Shipments: Due to challenges within the supply chain, it is possible that a portion of your order may experience delays. If you require your order to be partially shipped, please note that an additional shipping fee will be applied.
